The Physique Formula
is a system and a e-book developed by Jimmy Smith. The e-book is a
"total package" type of training manual targeted to the "skinny-fat"
person, covering exercise, training programs, eating, supplementation,
hormone balancing, and posture.

what is claimed by the Physique Formula. The Physique Formula also
claims to provide integrated physique building method including the
best of training & nutrition methods.
The e-book explain the basics of physique and various
hormones which affect the body. The guide explains various skinny fat
hormones and how they affect the overall development of the body and
emphasizes the muscle building techniques aspect as one of the key
areas that will determine whether one builds up muscle.
The program offer number of training programs included
in the book package, covering beginner, intermediate and
advanced. It goes in the details of workout routines. The
routines explained in the guide laid out as per the day of the week
including details on the sets, reps tempo and rest. Having 3 workouts a
week - approximately 45 minutes each.
The Physique Formula includes in the diet for less
saturated fats, more lean proteins and smaller portions of
carbohydrates for every meal, my body is putting on lean muscle faster
than I have ever experienced before.
Jimmy also provided why overeating yourself with food
and protein all the time does not necessarily help you build muscle,

as something he's not. My guess is that he could do a decent job
training college-aged skinny guys and helping them get stronger and

or start to do some reading..."

Jimmy hyped the product a lot on the fitcast and constantly went on
