Escalating Density Training is a DVD created by Charles Stanly. The premise of EDT is for your goal for each work out is to escalate (increase) the density (workload) of your previous lifting session. The program designed so you are lifting more total weight each work out. Escalating Density Training program can be used by anyone, men and women and elderly.

The Escalating Density Training program utilizes 15 minutes blocks of time called PR Zones (Personal Record). 15 minutes, 3 times a week. In that 15 minute block of time, you attempt to perform as many reps of both of those exercises as possible, going back and forth between sets of each,

The program provides a beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs for athletes interested in maximum performance at any level. The beginner  level perform 1 PR Zone, Intermediate perform 2 PR Zones, and Advanced perform 3 PR Zones. A 2-hour-per-week program for serious recreational bodybuilders.

The program uses two antagonistic muscle groups like back and chest in a block. This helps prevent fatigue and actually helps activate the nervous system more effectively.

:: CUSTOMER FEEDBACKS & OVERVIEW »

Actual Customer Feedback:

"...The system seems to work - using this I can get the same result as some of my best workouts much more consistently, and the results seem to be more assured since these principles will all but guarantee progressive overload and make progress tracking (& adjustment) much easier..."

"...4 weeks into the system and I have to agree that recovery is faster, fatigue is lower, sorness is minimal and it's a gem of system for time management. I hope at the end of my 8 weeks that I can tout the success of my muscle development. The only downside I can see to his suggestions is access to equipment and the need to track your progress on paper as you exercise. I'm not one to carry paper and pencil around with me..."

"I can say that it is a good program but again, nothing spectacular. All you have to do is use your imagination and you can come up with some great combinations as well..."
Portion of actual user comment on BodyBuildingSecretsLive.com

"...EDT itself is an extremely useful training program that can be used by absolutely ANYBODY. The videos do a very nice job of explaining how EDT works and many ways you can adapt and fine-tune the program to maximize your results..."
Portion of actual user comment on Muscle-Fitness-Training.com

"...For me its good for about 6 weeks, then I gotta back off, its a butt kicker!! Lotsa work in a short period. I used 2 pr zones every time I ran it, and used all compounds (dips/chins, bench/rows, squats/sldl, etc.)
With the training youve been up to lately, with the complexes, I think you might dig it. youl probably get lean, as a soup bone! It always cuts off anything Ive got to cut off, in a hurry!"

Portion of actual user comment on DaveDraper.com

"...Before using EDT my previous best on the military press with two 70 lb. kettlebells, was six reps. After only two weeks of EDT, I nailed nine reps. I had been stuck at a plateau for months before that and was elated to say the least. Moreover, I got several comments from people that my shoulders were looking much bigger."
