Weight Loss, Fat Loss - Burning Fat the Right Way

Well, here we go - I did it - I downloaded a weight loss, fat burning secrets eBook online.

Why do I even have a credit card? I'm not to be trusted home alone with credit and shopping options!

So, I figured since I bought the thing, I had better go ahead and read it. Well, that was about a year ago and I still haven't finished it. But I can give you some of the basic truths found in "Buff McGruff's" ebook of happiness.

First, he states what he is really pushing, which isn't fully revealed in his 80 page preliminary advertisement that tantalized me into spending the $39.99.

That is, that "You can't burn fat, unless you are creating muscle." Or something to that effect. Yes, he is a weight lifting advocate - and he made a lot of sense.

Burning fat and building up muscles is an important goal, but it needs to be done using some common sense.

There are three important pieces of information for building up muscle and getting rid of fat, and it doesn't happen over night. It takes strong resolve and dedication to get motivated to start working on your body.

You will first have to eat properly, especially when using weights or resistance bands to increase muscle and lessen flab. Eating right is important when you are working out, but necessary for your body when you are accelerating fat burning while building muscle.

You have to have regular work out regimes, or you won't have a good result. Regular workouts causes your body to use the foods you've been eating in a positive way. There are many recourses on nutrition and working out. These two things are extremely important and a basic necessity if you are going to start a body changing work out plan to build muscle.

When you are getting the proper amount of exercise to change your fat to muscle, you will be literally "ripping" your muscles, which you must take time to rest from. You need to take time to recover from working out to repair the muscles you've been working on.

If you employ those three things when seeking advice on burning fat through weight lifting or muscle building, then you should be well on your way to a safe, enjoyable work out.

If you don't take the time to research proper nutritional requirements of a person who enters into a muscle building program, then you can harm your body. Any new workout needs to be balanced with proper nutrition and resting periods.

It is important to talk to your doctor to examine whether muscle toning or building is better for you. I have chosen to abandon weight lifting in favor of toning, simply because I want to look sleek, not bulky.

When I started looking into toning, I was excited to find there are many things I can do from home nearly free. With a mat, some resistance bands and an exercise ball, I can get great results using Pilates or similar workouts. Many of these workouts are free on YouTube. I'm not sorry I paid $39.99, because it helped me on my road to knowing what will work for me.
